To take a screenshot on your iPhone or iPod Touch: Press and hold the lock button (on top of the device) and then press the Home button while continuing to hold the lock button. Your screen will flash and a screenshot will be saved to your photo library.
To take a screen shot on your Mac: Simultaneously press Shift + Command + 3 (On older macs: Shift + Apple +3)
